it all starts with a seat
a meal they share
smiles sloppy everywhere
a tilted head
a catching breath
lips brushing
hot air rushing
chocolate kisses
sticky pleasure
salted sheets of exaltation
Euphoria they no more seek
neither no longer meek
further they shall sink
aware of the very air they take
gasping
everything at stake
Her day starts the same as any other. She wakes on a dirty cold floor that stabs her in its uneven grace. Salt biting at any minor wounds. Other's around her begin to stir as they hear the same malicious voices rise in a dark crescendo. She lays for a moment more all she dare risk for fear of hearing the singing of the bull. How its ringing snap all ready echoed and danced in the cavernous mines. How the scars on every surface left bare on the bodies around her glistened around her as if they contained there own light. Each body rising to face another day.
